Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing BM BROTHERS. We are committed to delivering your orders in excellent condition and always on time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. Whether you are in a major metro or a rural area, we strive to reach you through our network of reliable courier partners.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹249.

  • COD Charges: Free Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or National Holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festival sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS in such cases.

4. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, your order should reach you within:

  • Major Cities: 3-5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or weather conditions.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

BM BROTHERS is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged:

  1. Please take a photo/video of the damaged packaging before opening.

  2. Contact our support team at Bmbrothers1212@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Address / Undelivered Orders

Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, a reshipping fee may apply.
